1st of all, I'm reporting the other thread for being a duplicate, which I'm assuming was not on purpose. Secondly, to save on server space, please do not make 2 separate threads for 2 different questions at the same time. This and the thread in the 3ds Homebrew section could easily be 1 thread. Lastly, be much more specific with your question. I don't care about the photo. Explain when and how it happened and your setup.

I run PKSM and it crashed
I run Freeshop and it crashed
It happened to my friend as well

I didnt try all the apps but most of the "non verified ones"

Are you using the .cia versions or the Homebrew versions of those apps?

Do you have "Enable Exception Handlers" turned on?

Looks to me like you just need to install the seed if you are using CIA versions, since I got that exact same error once on a bad install of CIAngel and a game or two. Or just get the CIAs for the apps again and reinstall them after deleting the original install you have (it's not like redownloading and reinstalling 10MBs is gonna take long).
