Homebrew Quick reboot Icon for A9LH?

Hey guys,

currently im using a O3DSXL with A9LH installed and a patched sysNAND on 10.7.
And right now the only way to access things like Decrypt9 or GodMode9 are to either shutdown the console or going into system settings and close it immediately and starting them with BootCTR9.

Would it be possible to make a small programm wich just quickly reboots the console?
So I just have to press the right button for BootCTR9 to go into things like Decrypt9?
Or even further, something that reboots the console AND boots directly into Decrypt9?

This program reboots the console. I just upload it here too, I am not its creator.

Oh, didnt know that this already existed!

The only thing thats bothering me it that stupid 3DS start screen.
But maybe im able to fix that myself.
