    I'm getting a 3DS for christmas and I want to switch SD Cards from 2 Gig to 8 Gig now I want to switch SD Cards as soon as I unwrap it My Question is are there files that come on the SD card as soon as you unbox it or is it a Blank card that I can swap immedietely?

    it is blank but i would format them to fat 32 on the pc before i use it

    Thanks I know that it's all ready and it is compatible with FAT16 right?

    What? I'm doing the same as you are :O
    I have an 8GB SD used on my wii and i'm gonna switch it with the one coming with the 3DS.
    Anyway It will take a blank SD card.

    Wow also it's probably not SD it's probably SDHC Mine is but I know the 3DS Takes it.
