Hacking Quick question

I saw a video on youtube a while back that was showing off a hack that let the user replace the health safety screen with a custom picture. Is there instructions on how to do this somewhere? I couldn't seem to find any. Thanks.

Galow - I would hold off for now if i were you as we should hopefully have some working stuff mid week or before.

Also, like Joey said - Icefire is making another tool like Wadder which will allow you to do this.
