Hardware Quick question on gpu

Bought some PC parts from a yard sale got a few things and two cpus and a brand new 780ti strix

Now I have a old core i7 970 doing nothing in a case with some ram my question is will a 780ti bottleneck a core i7 970?

No it shouldn't.

What are the two other cpus?

If it's faster than your current GPU, install it. Else, don't. If you already have the hardware, it doesn't matter whether or not it bottlenecks. You should only care about bottlenecks when you're looking to upgrade and want the best performance per dollar.

Tl;dr--> It'll be more beneficial if you OC your CPU.
