Yes, you'd just add a new boot entry to reiNAND, but you wouldn't be able to use rxTools until it gets 9.6+ emuNAND support.

Yes, the emuNAND is always the same, but you'd need to use freemultipatcher to play out-of-region games because reiNAND doesn't have region free.
