Homebrew Quick question about GBA Backup tool

Can I take a save off my computer(from visualboy advance) and upload it BACK to the cartridge? Or does it only work one way?

You could try? Should probably work unless VBA changes the save format

Yes, it works. Make sure that the save name and the ROM name are identical though.
