Confused dumbass here: What's the current program used to run burned Gamecube disks? I can't seem to find it or even figure out what it is(wiigator or something...?)
You need a cMIOS (use the one by WiiGator) installed on your system and NeoGamma (another loader would work, but I recommend NeoGamma). You can download both with ModMii.

All Wii's made during Fall 2009 and later can't run burned backups or DVD movies. If you aren't sure when it was made, enter your serial number here and it will tell you the what drive chip you could have. If you have a D3-2 or D4 drive, it can't run backups.

...erm... where is "here," exactly?

* There is a 75% chance the chipset is Combined GC2-D3 with no drive chip.
* And there is also a 25% chance the chipset is GC2-D3-2 (v2) with no drive chip.

?
[75% chance] If it is a D3 drive, you will be able to load backups (I think)
[25% chance] If it is a D3-2 drive, you wont be able to load backups

So that means that there is a 75% you will be able to load backup discs
I guess you will have to try for yourself.

But don't I still need software to trick the Wii?

Yes you will. There is an excellent guide under the Wii Hacking section, use that. If you have 4.2 or lower use Bannerbomb.
If you have 4.3 you will have to use a game exploit to get the Homebrew Channel. It's all in the guide. At least I think thats what you meant?

Stack Smashed my way in(thank you ModMii), so Homebrew channel IS installed, but I was a retard and accidentally wiped the extra files it came with(which included the backup loader... >.

it is possible

but i think better choice use one partition fat32

hint http://gbatemp.net/t292391-howto-get-conve...o-fat32-or-ntfs

Fat32, doesn´t that have a limitation? something like 4GB it was??

And yes I have multiple games over 5 GB.

Neogamma says fuck you, so I'm trying to run the USB loader channel... except it keeps bringing me back to the menu. Why the hell do all these programs hate me?

If you are useing channel forwarders make sure your SD is in with the "apps folder" and all your apps are inside it!
