Is there an updated list, or at least a way to view every update version available for a game? I'd also like to know if the latest update includes/overwrites every other's or if only new/recently changed files are included.
Apparently they're usually numbered by powers of 2, but I see this pattern broken pretty often according to this list. I've also seen updates at v192 while the title database only has it's first update (v32) listed. Can I find out about anything between the ^2 intervals?

EDIT: title still has a question mark.
whoops.

Yes there is a way:

First you download the version file with
https://tagaya.wup.shop.nintendo.net/tagaya/versionlist/EUR/EU/latest_version
You can edit the link for your region (USA/US and idk japanese - JAP/JP I guess)

Then you copy the version number into the next link:
https://tagaya.wup.shop.nintendo.net/tagaya/versionlist/EUR/EU/list/1066.versionlist
Just replace 1066 with the version number from the latest_version file.
You can edit your region here too.

All updates contain the previous updates - so you only need the latest

Finding previous updates are still helpful to me, but it's nice to know I don't always need multiple instances of NUSGrabber or Uwizard.

You literally posted this, "Thanks! Finding previous updates are still helpful to me, but it's nice to know I don't always need multiple instances of NUSGrabber or Uwizard.". Even if you had not meant to thank your own post other people see it as you did just thank your own post. It doesn't look right...

I didn't quote myself, but I see what you mean. Consider it fix'd
I meant to address the fact that the latest update does have all the previous ones by the way.

Finding previous updates are still helpful to me,
It's actually quite easy to find all updates available. Afaik this list only has updates for eshop games, so you won't find any for some games (like zelda wind waker hd). You need to download the latest version file and then every version list starting from 2 (1 is empty). Some version lists don't exist (If I remember correctly around 250 there are a bunch) so I would recommend creating a stub file based on either version list 1 or 3 (depending on your xml deserilizer). Then just compare the files.
