Hacking Questions about purchasing a flash card

I was wondering if there are any shops that sells a flash card with the firmware already loaded. I'm planning to buy a 3DS XL tomorrow because I haven't own a DS for quite a long time. I was looking through the forum and people recommended shoptemp, but I don't have a DS to load the firmware.

When you have selected a website to purchase the flashcart from, email them 1st and ask if they can ugrade the cart to the latest 3DS firmware

Dark, almost all flashcards have been pre-flashed with the firmware such as r4i gold(r4ids.cn) and ak2i. This means you do not need to flash them with a NDSL.
