Hacking Questions about new wii update...............

Does it delete any channels, does the homebrew channel work, and does it brick your wii or harm it in anyway? I heard with it, nintendo can delete anything on your wii and even cancel shop channel accounts. Oh yeah, is there something to make it so my wii won't install updates from discs and I can use the shop channel?

Wow still nobody answered anyways yeah

A new firmware for the Nintendo Wii has been released - version 3.4.
In the update, the following changes have been made:

- Enhanced parental controls
- USB Keyboard support for Mii channel added
- System functions improvement

The update removes any illegal saves (i.e. Twilight Hack) and any other homebrew channels you may have on your Wii.

Yes you should calm down. I am not saying that refering them to the search bar is bad but telling them to die is pretty damn rude and uncalled for.
