Questions about nds-card

So I've heard that when you buy from nds-card the payment goes to china but the cart gets shipped from California is that true? Also what is up the shipping? take a look: "Order under USD 39.99 will be shipped free of charge by HongKong Air Mail (No Tracking#).
Weight is less than 0.5KG.

You can pay extra USD 20.00 or 25.00 to upgrade to DHL / UPS / EMS and so on." but when I asked a question they said 3-6 days and then below the first one its says "epacket" and 7-12 days.

It's my understanding that orders from nds-card ship from china, and that it could take up to 6 weeks to arrive through standard shipping. I don't believe that they ship directly from California. Someone please correct me if this is wrong.

What in particular is confusing you about shipping? Those numbers all look normal to me. I would trust those numbers more than what customer service tells you.

By "shipped in 3-6 days", they might mean it will leave their facility in 3-6 days.

I just ordered from them not a week ago, tracking# says it's in transit from China.
