Hacking Questions about infection

I got infected on mw2 today and i got some questions
im on patch blocker now deleted my patch etc
the things that i have now are:
when dead i fly to the sky
i see crosshair names in the far side
FPS
infinity shooting without reloading (when holding square and shoot with intervention it keeps shooting without that shitty pull thing)

1.is it safe to turn my ps3 off?
2.can i install the 1.13 patch normally without losing my hacks?
