there is jks save manager. you can download the save to an sd card then edit it on a pc- look for the games save editor online
If you're trying to install a powersaves cia, wouldn't it just be easier to install something like save data filer and injecting through that? Or you could use JK's save manager. To install CIAs you need custom firmware, so there's not much of a point of a powersaves cia when you already have other save tools.
