Hardware [Question] What version would a new PSTV be on?

I'm hoping to get a PSTV for cheap during Black Friday. However, I would like to install Henkaku on it and do all that sort of stuff. So what version would it most likely be on?

3.52 or lower I assume.Since production has stopped basically most will be well under 3.60.

Production was discontinued before anything above 3.60 was released, so unless you are buying a used one that someone updated, it will be 3.60 or below.
