Hacking [Question] Update sysNAND?

I have A9LH + Luma3DS, but both my sysNAND and emuNAND are splitted because I have different NNID's on each other.

Can I still update my sysNAND?
It's currently on 9.2, while emuNAND is on the latest firmware.

You should be able to update your sysNAND just fine since Luma3DS will protect it. But I also heavily suggest looking into updating to sighax.
Luma3DS will no longer be supporting A9LH, so all future builds will require sighax from here on out.
