Is it possible to run Segasonic the Hedgehog on N3DS? If so, what emulator runs it best?

Do you use an emulator to run it on a PC? Have you Googled to see if there is a 3DS port of that emulator?

I use MAME for it on PC, So I tried using the MAME on 3DS Retroarch, and it's buggy and unplayable.

Well, there's your answer. It might work better on a New 3DS if you're not using one already.
