ROM Hack Question regarding randomizing trainer classes in pokemon ultra sun and moon....

I'm wanting to randomize either us or um and I saw a youtube video of a randomized version someone was showing off and it had hau randomized as the aether association president chick and the first trainer at route 1 randomized as hau. My question is how do I go to randomize the trainer classes to do the same kind of thing? Any help would be most welcome
