Hacking (Question)PS1 Games Widescreen?

Hello everyone.

I have recently started playing PS1 games on TN-V11 but its really annoying because the game goes to just a tiny square and has huge borders at either side.

Is there a way to make it take the full PSVita screen?

I don't have my PS Vita on me right now, in fact it's about 5000 kms away from me right now.... But i always thought holding a finger on the touchscreen OR in later firmwares, holding down the PS button bought up the display settings.

Ohh i shall try the touch screen way. i tried to hold the ps button and it just brought up the vita settings. No way to change display.

With the PS1 Loader hack TN-X you can change the screen size between the default selections or make your own Custom one to stretch it to widescreen. Personally I'd recommend keeping the aspect ratio 4:3 as the original is roughly, just zooming it in so there's no black borders at the top/bottom so it's as big as it can be while keeping the correct proportions.
