Homebrew [QUESTION] Possible DS injection?

So far the only way to display a DS game on the 3DS (that I know) is to make a forwarder for it. I was wondering if there would be a way to make injections for DS games and did some research. Turns out there was a DS game downloadable in a in my nintendo rewards program (more specifically WarioWare). However it is not able for download anymore. I heard this was treated like a DSiWare internally. Would it be possible to clean out the inside and put in any ROM using this format? I do not know very deeply about how the injection is done, just genuinely asking if it's even a little doable.

Dsiware has a maximum file size of 40mb. As most DS roms are way over this size very few games would work if this was even possible

WarioWare was recompiled in DSiWare form so that's why it works. Other than that, you would need nds-bootstrao
