You can't system transfer from n3DS to o3DS.

I have a Sysnand.bin from when it had CFW and the 3ds is currently on 11.1

Ah well unfortunately the .bin isn't useful without it having CFW installed. Your best bet would be to wait for slowhax to be released and in the meantime buy Legends of Exidia from the eShop. You'll need to use ctrhttpwn from the homebrew launcher to access it though

That'd be your best bet then!
Just make sure you backup your friends saves beforehand using JKSave Manager because it's recommended you wipe the cartridge before installing the hack. You just install the hack using Homebrew launcher on your already hacked 3ds and make sure you have the homebrew starter kit on the o3ds's sd card or it won't boot into it (duh)
