I modded one switch usinghekate+atmosphere. I have a second switch with some save data. Seems like the only way to transfer save data between switches is through the nintendo account. Can i log into my nintendo account on my modded switch? I have the clean sysnand backups.

Also, how do i install multi file NSPs? i created a folder with the .nsp suffix and enabled the folder property "ready for archive" but when i open it on goldleaf it just opens the folder with the .nsp parts. Do i just install each one individually?

There are no bans associated with Nintendo Accounts. And you can USB install any .NSP file larger than 4 GiB rather than splitting them.
