Can I get it to work on 3.90?[m33 of course] Or do I have to downgrade to 3.71? I want to make a spare pandora from a friend's battery to hack all of their PSPs. But it won't work on 3.90...(I wanted to use p360

Yes it will work on 3.90 M33 but if you have a Slim PSP there's a good chance that the EEPROM write facility is disabled.(no Pandora creation ability)
