Homebrew [Question] O3DS w/ CFW and N/O3DS original

It's possible transfer the NNID from O3DS with CFW (Emunand or A9LH) formatted to another O3DS or N3DS without CFW? Only this.

I think it'd only be possible with another O3DS, and that O3DS would have to be running the same Version and it'd have to be exploited.
