I used a 16GB pendrive, but now I buyed a new 128GB pendrive. Can I transfer my installed games to the new pendrive or my game saves?

Insert only the new drive in the wiiu and format it
Open system settings and insert both
Simply use the official move/copy/delete feature to put them on the new one
