ROM Hack [Question] How to edit pokemon ORAS models?

Hello, I have a quick question. I have Dumped my Alpha Sapphire Rom and unpacked the .Cxi using Asia81's Packhack. After that I got GARC Tools & GARC Unpacker. I Used GARC Unpacker to unpack a/0/2/1 (Overworld Models). After that I tried tried to open 171.bin to edit May. It sayed it was not a model? Did I miss a step in unpacking? I feel like there is simply a step i missed. Please help.

What I did:
1. Dump Rom
2. Unpack Dumped Rom
3. Unpacked a/0/2/1 (GARC Extractor)
4. Atempted to open 171.bin in Ohana3ds (Not a model File?)​

Ok so I use GARCTool and put in 171.bin it gives my dec_171.154. I open it in ohana and it has information but no visuals???
