Hacking Question h-encore install

Hi guys!

I bought a used psvita with 3.68 fw. It is not activated and unlinked memory card. When I want to connect qcma vita want log in and update.
How can I install h-encore?

Go into the QCMA settings (right click icon on the taskbar > settings), set the latest firmware to be 3.68

Doesnt work. My vita want to activate system with a sen account, but can not because need firmware update.

Try going into your network settings and setting the DNS server to 212.47.229.76, it's the HENkaku DNS and it prevents check-ins to Sony's servers for things like firmware updates.
