Whoa clean your stuff and you have to click on that bar on the top left until you launch into the homebrew menu.

actually i bought it like that and its 4 year old 3ds, just open and play it last year because i got sky3ds and now im trying to cfw, and no i havent touch my 3ds since i start working(and now intend to play back newer games)
so i just open it, i know its dusty still i just have some time now

Wtf, you have a sky3ds? Why the hell are you using browserhax to get into homebrew channel? It would have been easier if you have downloaded cubic ninja 3ds game and put on the sky3ds so that you can use ninjahax. Smh facepalm

No, there's no mistakes. You just chose the most slow and inefficient method to get into homebrew channel. What you should have done is:

Cubic ninja 3ds + sky3ds = ninjahax

so ive done downgrading to 9.2.0-20U
but yeah any idea what to do after that for sky3ds?

You have two choices, you can use browserhax or ninjahax.

If you're finished downgrading, then proceed to installing cfw.
