My daft little brother is rather upset at not being able to play Starcraft 2 as neither his nor my computer is advanced enough to understand the concept of a game that doesn't involve cards and 8 bit music. As such we're wondering if it is possible to play early pc games such as the original Starcraft on a PSP in some fashion. I doubt it can be done, but if anyone can figure it out it's you guys. So, to quote Emperor Palpatine, 'Can it be done?'

Cue correct Darth Vader response quote.

There's a PS1 version of Starcraft? And you can play some PC games via the DOS emulator whose name I have forgotten because nobody needs it ever. I think you can play Heroes 1 on it, but everything else lags.

If you have a decent N64 emulator, you can play Starcraft 64 (though the game is crap).

the DOS emulator is called dosbox (watch which one you get, it's a same-name port of a DOS emulator for the PC)
it won't do you much good though, because you also need at least windows 95(which runs like crap on the PSP)

The PSP has a decent Mac emulator. I don't know the system requirements for starcraft but it's worth a shot.
