Hacking [Question] Force loading an unreleased Splatoon Map?

( its at 0:56-1:15) I have done some basic things with TCPGeko and Cafiine like loading Mario Kart KCLs and changing the Splatoon ink color so I was just wondering if this is possible. Screenshot from video is in spoiler. Thanks.
EDIT: OK YES ITS JUST ANCHO-V GAMES, I have never gotten to play on that map even though I usually play at night on weekends, and the map never came into rotation, so I just didn't notice.
My question still remains, how do I force Splatoon maps to load in something like recon mode.

We already have all of the stages. There aren't any unreleased stages whatsoever.

Originally I wanted to just close the thread, but I DO want to know how to do it, I'm a noob with Cafiine, can do SOME basic geko.

In theory, I bet it'd be possible, but as other members have stated all the maps have long since been released. Let's keep this thread open, see where it goes. This could get interesting!
For a $60 investment I need to play Splatoon more.
