Hacking [Question] Flash sysNAND with HourGlass9

I have a 3DS with:
A9LH
sysNAND 11.0.0-33
9.2.0-20 NAND backup with HourGlass9

Can I flash the 9.2.0 NAND to sysNAND with HourGlass 9 without any problem?

Because I hear some people said that can not downgrade 11.0 without hardmod.

YES YOU CAN

You can downgrade without hardmod but flashing a 9.2 nand is always the best method to either remove a9lh or have a 9.2 system although there isn't really a reason to do so unless you want to remove a9lh

I just want to sell my 3DS, because in my country you can sell a 3DS with higher price if you have 9.2.0 sysNAND with A9LH.

Okay, just sell it with 11.0 a9lh.
Also, use hourglass9 to do such operation and don't forget to erase luma cfg in the end
