I've downloaded the "updates" folder for 9.2E for my o3ds... How many cia files are supposed to be in it? I have 130...

Don't go by that. If you're downloading it from where I think you are, Check the MD5 of the zip file against the list in the downgrade tutorial thread.

Old 3DS XL used ninjhax exploit and my original frimware was 10.0.0-26U or something like that but im sure it was 10.0

Which sysUpdater did you use? What version?

No. Sadly, it resulted in two bricked EUR 2DS systems.

If you mean 0.4.2b, yes. Both froze mid DG process and ended up bricking both of them.

BTW, I checked hashes, ensured CIAs were the correct names, region, and appropriate version. ( I accidentally installed 2.0 on 2DS with a hard brick. Not a soft brick. ) MY other friend here did the same but with 9.2E files and it froze midway as mine did.
