Just in case someone here may know.
I have a question. I have two NNID, I want to merge both into one (so system transfer one NNID console onto the other) since I would like to keep my NNID with my more common known ID. That NNID has only Pokemon X, Y, OR, AS, ACNL & ironfall. My other one has all my games and ironfall as well. I know that transferring from console A to console B merges everything and I just have to redownload the games, but, would anyone happen to know if I make a backup of all my digital games on console B with save manager via homebrew, can I restore them once it's merged with A after they are redownloaded? Or will that not work due to possible checksum thingies on downloadable versions? I have most of the games as physical cartridges I could restore to before system transferring but I'm talking more along the lines of my digital only games

You can't do it by yourself. Maybe call Nintendo but i'm not sure they can help you either.

Sorry about that I didn't know. And I'm confused as to how Nintendo will help as I don't believe they don't condone what I'm asking if I can do since it uses homebrew

They can help you merge the nnid (do they even do this?)

The ID merges when you system transfer, it just depends on which system you transfer to that "loses" its NNID.
I don't have savedatafiler. Just Save Manager. Just wanted to know if I transferred system A to system B (that has all my saves I want to keep) if I could then restore those saves to system A after merging them and redone loading the games or if downloading changes the checksum on those that use it rendering it corrupted
