Hacking Question [Question] Collateral banning through local multiplayer telemetry, is it possible?

Somewhat dumb question but I figure that it's important to get nailed down, especially with Pokémon being a topical thing here.

Let's say console A is running homebrew/save editors/backups/whatever and gets banned.
Let's also say that console B is completely stock. Never booted to RCM, no homebrew, nothing.

Then, in a local multiplayer game (Mario Kart 8, Pokémon, Mario Party, etc.) console A connects with and plays with console B.

Is there any risk to console B being banned also?

They wouldn't do that. People play local multiplayer with strangers and even banning someone's friend's console would be quite fucked up.

While I'd be inclined to agree with you, this is a case where it's good to know a definite answer.
I was hoping someone who had internally seen the Switch's telemetry could chime in to see if such a thing is communicated through local play.
