Modding will always be in GTA. the game is broken that way. And if you get banned the game is only like 20$ so the risk vs/reward is high. I suggest you just mod the offline game the same options are there, its safe and it's not toxic...
Also the online game has been made much easier with the Cayo perico heist can be ridiculously easy you can make about 1 million per hour and you can even level up afk making everything else in the game somewhat less appealing.
