Okay, I was running Xyzzy on my friend's Wii in order to help him get down the keys he needs for decrypting his Brawl save since he doesn't own the original game for Waninkoko's save extractor. After displaying all of the keys on the screen, it's been stuck at "Cleaning up temporary IOS version 255" for more than 5 minutes now. Can I just turn it off or do I have to wait for a certain amount of time for it to finish?

Ah, I see. Thanks! I thought it's supposed to give you a prompt or something because my bro was the one who did it for me on my Wii when I was trying to decrypt my saves so I wasn't sure.
