Hacking Question About updating Firmware

im using Hekate + Atmosphere
currently im only playing offline with EmuMMC
i already updated my Atmosphere to 0.11.1
but i dont know how to update my Nintendo Switch Firmware
1.which one is SysMMC, Sys CFW or Stock Sys (in Hekate)?(because some guide is telling me to update SysMMC via system setting but i dont know which one is emu MMC.
2.Is it Safe to update on StockSys and SysCFW?
3.Which one is safe to play online with StockSys or SysCFW?
4.My emuMMC currently have incognito mode Installed is is Safe to update on EmuMMC?
5.So whats the conclusion how to update my firmware on EmuMMC?

1. SysMMC is anything that boots SysMMC so both SysMMC CFW and SysMMC Stock are SysMMC
2. Depends on how you are updating what you consider safe
3. Stock assuming you never launched CFW on SysMMC
4. No comment
5. Use the homebrew application ChoiDujourNX
