question about task manager/processes list

I am looking for a way to either hide a specific process from the process list. Or perhaps lock the task manager/process list from external internet programs to be able to access/scan the process list.

Using win 7 x64. Hopefully someone can help/direct me to a good program. Know there are a good number of knowledgeable people here

If some game you play has shitty protection that doesn't like your other programs, run it sandboxed, then it can't see the other programs you have open.
