So, I'm now used to this whole 3DS hacking scene and never made a mistake with my n3dsXL (apart from the fact that I region changed and it soft bricked due to the secure_info file, easily fixable) but I have a question about system transfer.

I have a new 3DS XL from the States and I live in an European country, I wanna region change it (did it before) and manage to access the damn eShop, my friend has his own european o3DSXL he's planning to discard and I wanted to know if, region changing the system, then performing a system transfer from his o3DS to mine, if my n3DS finally gets eShop access.
If not, does using the secure_info file from this european o3DS work instead?
If memory serves I managed to region change it successfully and even creating a new NNID, everything worked apart from eShop.

No because your nnid is not from this region just make a new one instead..
There have been reports of people who actually made it work using another new 3DS, what I wanna know is if the secure_info also gets transferred to the point where eShop actually thinks its an european unit.

If your nnid is usa call nintendo and tell them to region change your nnid since you are european they may say it is impossible because console is american but call them it may help you if they can.

P.s dont mention cfw.

I contacted them by email, they say they can't help me.

Call them instead email are automated if i recall.
I doubt they'll be able, its an american console.
This is not an NNID problem, because I can create a new NNID on the new region changed system and even so it won't let me enter eShop, anything else works fine.
