Sorry for this noob question, but I just got a 64gb sd card to replace my 32gb one. I formatted the 64gb one correctly, so can I just transfer all the content from my old sd card to my new one without any extra procedures? I have many games installed from backups, so I don't know if they will transfer. My 3DS has A9LH and Luma installed as well.

As long as you don't have an emunand, yes. I've been told before hotswapping the old one with the new one is a good idea after you copy all the files. Not sure why.

If you're not using emuNAND, then you should be able to copy everything from one SD card to the other without a problem.
