I have the same issue, I'm on 19.0. I get the same result as this user:

i tried refreshing the page of the forwarder every single time before i create an nsp but it didn't solve the issue. The weird thing is that both times that i created the forwarders, it was the same game that was playable even though it wasn't the first one i made an nsp for.

It works, but it greatly reduces the quality of the game covers.

The image quality did not decrease on the other page

Based on the ONLINE NSP Forwarder Generator by TooTallNate, since he hasnt be updated the project in 2 years,I fixed several bugs including the actual cover box art issue that happen when you generate the NSPs and you get a (?) symbol after the NSP is being installed on the Nintendo Switch.

For those who aren't familiar with it...​

That's odd, the one you mentioned seems to be 2y+ old whereas the one on this thread was updated a few months ago?

Possibly an issue with the title ID, it happens very rarely, but I've made a few forwarders that wouldn't boot because they were using pre-existing IDs, just go to advanced mode and for the title ID click random a couple times. If that doesn't fix it, maybe your prod.keys got corrupted, try dumping the file again.

Nope, still the same error.
