ROM Hack question about pokemon games

Is their any method or home brew to extract the saved wifi battle videos from the save file?

or is that even where/how they are stored.

also sorry if this has been asked/answered before.

you playing on flash cart?
then play the game with the sav on your computer on a emulator and use the emulators record function and VOILA!

ok i got it running, ( very very slowly in 64bit win 7 btw) but how do i load my .sav ?
