Hacking Question about PAL Wii running NTSC games

Hi there,

I have a quick question that I can't find answered anywhere else - there's a cheap new PAL Wii I'm looking into getting, but I'm not sure about compability issues. Would a hacked PAL Wii running NTSC games work and behave the same as a NTSC Wii through Composite? Thanks in advance!

Are you gonna run the games from a hard drive or from a disc?

Yes, composite will work fine (worst image quality).
No RGB over scart/euro cable. Whole screen will go shades of red.
Dunno about s-video or component.
