Hacking question about my ipatched switch

Hello, i have an ipatched switch on firmware 4.1.0 the serie number is xaj7004, i did test if i could go in rcm with the paperclip but the result was negative.

My question is, will my switch still be hackable, i did try to find solid answers on internet but ended up asking the pro's ^^

Sorry but on internet its like a jungle, older and newer news its confusing, but i do appreciate the response. will try to get the right tutorial, or if anyone got a guide link i would be even more happy. thanks and sorry again
