If you have a n3DS the interpeter version of citrAGB actually gives better preformance then the dynrec one, it's pretty cool...

Kernel is not needed for dynrec... It's just not supported by ninjhax 2.0 just like some other services aren't.

Oh okay, I assumed that was case after olshrimpeyes's reply.

To do dynamic recompiling you need access to the dynrec core which requires higher level access.

Yeah but not ARM9, wich is needed for stuff like CFW and such.

It requires higher level access, not kernel (ARM9) privileges!
