Gaming Question about JAP Wii

Is there anyway I can make the language be english by flashing it or something? Also I like to know since I have a JAP Wii if I get US games for it will they work? I want to get Pokemon battle revolution and Super Smash Bros Brawl will they both work on my JAP Wii? If they do work will the text be in JAP or in english?

Also I like to know since I have a JAP Wii if I get US games for it will they work? If you change the region with the ARC (or make it region free, but thats difficult)

just use the ARC to change the region of your wii to NTSC-U
make sure you get all info on how to do it or you'll get issues
