Homebrew Question about installing homebrew on a new 2ds

cause my 3ds xl bricked by a fall.
1. on what firmware will it be on?
2. how would i go updating to 9,2 without a cartdridge on that firmware?

I can't be certain what firmware it will be on - my launch day EUR 2DS was on 6.x but this one I'm unsure.
I'd say it's almost certain that it will come with 9.x (if you're lucky it'll already be on 9.2) or possibly 8.x.

I think you can set up rxtools and inject FBI on sysnand using rxtool sysnand mode... and then installing sysupdater

do you think so? rxtools even is compatible with 8.X? (you know, not that i REALLY care about rxtools, i want to install a9lh like on my old3ds xl that got bricked.

ok, i won't follow it. (seriusly, most of the time i find myself crestin pre-packaged with illegal files like FIRMs and a few cia to start for other users)

i hope so, also i heard that the bundles NEVER change firmware when buyed in a different time and that there is a list of all the firmwares avaiable on bundles! can somebody help me find it?
