Hacking Question Question about emuMMC

I successfully installed emuMMC yesterday and I have a few questions.

1. The method I used to make an emuNAND is via SX OS but I installed Kosmos. Is there any disadvantages to this? And if yes then should I reinstall emuNAND via Hekate instead of SX OS?

2. I just ordered a bigger SD Card, will I be able to just clone the old one with emuNAND or will I have to repeat the whole process again?

3. My emuNAND has all my profiles from my sysNAND, is this okay as long as I don't go online with emuNAND?

I cant say about 1&3 because I'm still learning to. But for 2 I moved from a 200GB to a 400GB SD, I had to use Win32DiskImager to copy the SD card then write the backup to the new card. Then I used the free version of EaseUS to resize the fat32 partition to use the added free space on the card.
