Hi,

Question for you. Do any of the flashcarts for the DS support dumping save files from GBA cartridges to SD cards? I would need it to be able to write a save file back to the cartridge as well.

I want to play through a Pokemon game on a PC and then transfer the save file to the cart for play on an original DS or a GBA SP.

Thanks,

Kevin

Yes, you can do this

Homebrew? I'm confused.

I'm talking about the original DS, not the 3DS. The usage of the flashcarts requires a modded DS?

Ah, so the flashcarts do not support dumping save files by default?

Could you please point me to a proper homebrew and a compatible flashcart?

you need a program to do that, it's not a function that is built in any card.. you can use any flashcart that you can get nowadays

it's a program that you run on a cart, doesn't matter which one
