Hacking Question about DLC and regions

Does DLC have a designated region? For example: If I get Muramasa Rebirth (EUR) and someone dumps the DLC (From a US game or other region) would I be able to apply it? I understand that games in different regions have different GameIDs but I haven't heard anything about whether DLC has a specified ID or not

no,DLC are region locked by ID,same with save file,unless you can copy the DLC files to the right folder name but i don't know if that will work.

Dang, I guess I'll avoid downloading some games until the dump a proper Ntsc version
